 Noodles Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

  • Fruit vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped  3 – 4 cloves
  • Egg noodles boiled ½ packet
  • Spring onion sliced 2
  • Capsi chopped 1
  • Bean sprout 1 cup
  • Tomato sliced 1
  • Pineapple rings 2 – 3
  • Egg 2
  • Chicken 2
  • Peanut chopped 50 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Honey ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp

METHODS

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 sliced chicken .
Cook till its color turn to golden brown.
Now add 2 beaten egg and fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then add 2 – 3 chopped pineapple rings, 1 chopped capsi and 2 chopped spring onion leaves. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add ½ packet of boiled egg noodles, toss for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ cup honey.
Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Lastly add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 50 gm chopped peanuts and 1 cup bean sprouts. Fry well on high flame.
Then dish it out and serve.
