Masala Bhari (Green Chilli ) Mirch Pakora Recipe

Mirch Pakora is a delicious snack for those of you who want to enjoy heat of green chillies or some spicy snacks. These pakoras goes perfect when teamed with hot cup of tea on a cold day.


Masala Bhari Mirchon Kay Pakoray (Green Chilli Pakora's)


  • 8 to 10 thick green chilies
  • 2 Cups gram flour (besan)
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ Teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwaiin)
  • 1 Teaspoon salt or to your taste
  • 1½ Cup of water or as needed
  • 2 to 3 cups of vegetable oil for frying

Ingredients for filling:

  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons fine chopped onions
  • ½ Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt or to your taste
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice

Method :

Cut green chilies and remove seeds. Fill the inside the described ingredients properly.Then dip fill chilies in besan for a while and fry till it gives golden color.
Ready to serve.
