Chicken Baida Roti is indain snack.Its looks like pratha but its not a pratha,we can stuff this rotti with different things like vegetables ,chicken, Cheese etc.

Ingredients For Chicken Baida Roti :
- 9 Eggs,
- 1/2 kg mince Chicken
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Table Spoon Oil
- 1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 table spoon Oil For Cooking
- 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup Refined flour (maida)
- 2 Small Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 2 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- A fresh coriander Spring For Garnishing.
Method of Making Chicken Baida Roti :
Mix ingredients refined flour,salt,oil,baking powder and 1 egg in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup water and knead into a soft dough.Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll out into 8 inch square roti.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan add onion and cook for 1 min. Break remaining eggs into a bowl and beat well,and add ginger garlic paste to the pan also add chicken mince then mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add tomatoes green chillies,red chilli powder, salt ,turmeric powder and garam masaala also add 1/8 cup of water. Mix well,cover and cook on medium heat till chicken mince is cooked and mixture is dry.
Heat a non stick tawa, place each roti on it and cook for 2 mintues, drizzel some oil on side and cook. Also pour some beaten egg on top and spread,cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook till egg is cooked. Place a portion of cooked stuff in the center , fold it the sides to make a square shape. Press and pour some beaten eggs on the top and cook till both sides turn brown and crisp.
Cut into square, serve hot Chicken Baida Roti with coriander spring and chattni.
